Kyle Schwarber hit a two-RBI triple to tie the game, followed by a solo home run from Nick Castellanos to go up 4-3. Two innings later, Schwarber hit a solor home run of his own to send Philadelphia up 5-3. That is when things changed for Atlanta. Murphy hit an RBI single in the bottom of the sixth inning to get the charge going. RBIs from Michael Harris II and Austin Riley followed that inning as Atlanta came away with the win.

Taijuan Walker will get the start for the visiting Philadelphia in the second game of this rival series. The right-hander is 1-0 this season, holding a 0.00 ERA with a 0.67 WHIP. Walker was dominant in his first outing against the Colorado Rockies. He threw 6.0 scoreless innings, allowing just three hits with four strikeouts.

Atlanta will continue its home stand against their NL East foes with Grant Holmes on the mound in the first inning. The right-hander is 0-1 in his 2025 campaign with a 7.20 ERA. He has started two games this season but only lasted one scoreless inning in his first start. His last start came against the Los Angeles Dodgers where he allowed four earned runs on four hits in 4.0 innings with three strikeouts and four walks.
