Drew Rasmussen was the big reason for the turnaround in Game 2 with the righty going a season-high six innings while only giving up four hits. Rasmussen improved to 2-4 on the season with victory. Marlins starter Sandy Alcantara is still trying to find his form getting the los to drop to 2-6 giving up all four runs. All of those runs came in the fifth inning for the Rays all on singles. Yandy Diaz was the highlight on offense for the Rays collecting two hits and driving in two runs on a RBI single.

The Rays will go for the series victory by starting Shane Baz in this finale. The righty is 3-2 with a 5.02 ERA. The Marlins will counter with Cal Quantrill who is 2-4 with a 7.00 ERA. It feels like we are in for a pinball machine matchup at loanDepot Park in South Florida today.
