On a season-longest winning streak, the Orioles look to sweep the Mariners in a getaway day matinee. Watch for free on Fubo.

Winners of eight of their last 10 games, the Baltimore Orioles aim for their sixth consecutive win and second-straight series sweep as they take on the Seattle Mariners at T-Mobile Park on Thursday afternoon with veteran right-hander Zach Eflin (4-2, 4.46 ERA) on the mound in search of his second win in as many starts. The Mariners, who have fallen to second in the American League West Division, will counter with third-year right-hander Bryan Woo (5-2, 2.82 ERA) who had a stellar May going 2-1 with a 2.58 ERA striking out 33 batters in six starts last month as Seattle looks to snap out of its slump that has seen them drop seven of their last 10 games.

Mariners catcher Cal Raleigh leads Major League Baseball with 23 home runs this season and ranks seventh in the league with his team leading 46 RBIs. Raleigh made MLB history last month becoming the first catcher to ever total 20 or more home runs before the end of May hitting 22 dingers including five home runs in a five-game stretch to close out the month. The 28-year-old North Carolina native recorded his 400th career hit on an RBI single in the sixth inning of Wednesday’s loss and comes into Thursday three RBIs away from 300 for his five-year career.

The Orioles tandem of right fielder Ryan O’Hearn and centerfielder Cedric Mullins have combined for 17 doubles, 19 home runs and 55 RBIs through Baltimore’s first 55 games. O’Hearn leads the team hitting .328 this season having closed out May on a 10-game hit streak while Mullins has been sidelined with a hamstring injury that landed him on the 10-day Injured List though has resumed running and could return to the lineup as early as Monday.

Baltimore won nine of the last 12 games in this series since June of 2023 including six of the last seven games in Seattle.
