The New York Yankees will stay in Arizona for the third and final game of this three-game series against the Arizona Diamondbacks at Chase Field on Wednesday. The series is split through two games with each team picking up a win heading into this last game. The Yankees won the first game 5-2 with Luke Weaver picking up his second win of the season after going 2.1 innings and giving up one earned run. Four different players had RBIs for New York in the win, including Gleyber Torres, Anthony Volpe, Austin Wells, Oswaldo Cabrera. After losing the first game, the Diamondbacks came back and won the second game in a 7-0 shutout. Zac Gallen won his second game of the year after a 6.0 inning outing with six strikeouts and zero earned runs. Christian Walker blasted a home run with three total RBIs as well to propel the offense.

Similarly to Rodon, Arizona will put Merrill Kelly back on the mound for his second start of the season. The right-hander was credited with a win in his first start, going 6.2 innings and giving up one earned run on three hits. He struck out eight batters while walking none on 79 total pitches.
