DoorDash just got the naming rights last month to the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at Sonoma Raceway that is underway this weekend.
The racetrack has a marvelous backdrop of the Sonoma Mountains in California. The most exciting thing about this race though by far is that the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series will return to Northern California for the first time since 1998 as this is the inaugural DoorDash 250. Â

This race is following up the exciting Toyota 200 that went into overtime. The Pole winner Corey Heim lost the lead on lap 18 but ended up winning the race for his second victory of the season.
Another driver to keep an eye on is Zane Smith who only turned 23 this week and is from California. Smith has won three times already this year so he should be considered a heavy favorite to be atop the leaderboard come qualifying time and welcome the sport back to Sonoma Raceway in a big way.
