The 2024 NASCAR Cup Series Championship is down to Ryan Blaney, Joey Logano, Tyler Reddick and William Byron.

It all comes down to this. After two exhibition races, 26 regular season races, All-Star Weekend and nine playoff races the 2024 champion of the NASCAR Cup Series is set to be crowned. There are four drivers remaining in the hunt to become that champion in points leader Ryan Blaney, Joey Logano, Tyler Reddick and William Byron. However, the points are thrown out the window for this race in a winner-takes-all final race of the playoffs. Blaney is going to likely be a heavy favorite to win his second straight championship. He is coming off a win in the last playoff race, finishing second in the one prior. Blaney also had the best finish the last time the field took on Phoenix Raceway with a fifth-place finish very early in the season. Can he repeat that success to become the first back-to-back NASCAR Cup Series Champion in 16 years?

Reddick is also hoping to parlay recent success and good finish earlier this season into a championship. He picked up a win two races ago and also finished 10th on Phoenix Raceway earlier in the season. Reddick is chasing his first championship.

The most successful driver in the final four is Logano with championship wins in 2018 and 2022. This season he has two playoff wins with the last coming two races ago. He had the worst finish of the four drivers on this track this season. With a win he would become the 10th driver with at least three wins and the sixth with three exactly.

Those three will look to hold off Byron, the potential sleeper in this race. During the playoffs Byron has seven top 10 finishes in nine playoff races and finished ahead of this group in three races. Byron won three races this season, all before All-Star Weekend and has 12 top five finishes, tied for the most with Reddick through the regular season and playoffs.
