The NASCAR Xfinity Series heads into the Round of 8 with the Ambetter Health 302 from Las Vegas.

The field of drivers vying for the 2024 NASCAR Xfinity Series Championship was trimmed down from 12 to eight last week in North Carolina. That field of eight rolls into Las Vegas Motor Speedway for the Ambetter Health 302 and the first race of the Round of 8. This round features three races again, with only four drivers advancing to the championship in three weeks. Sam Mayer and Sammy Smith won two of the three races in the previous round continuing their journey for a championship. Aric Almirola won the other race, but is not qualified for the playoffs this season. The other drivers in contention for the final four this season are points leader Justin Allgaier, Cole Custer, Austin Hill, Chandler Smith, rookie Jesse Love and A.J. Allmendinger.
