The Milwaukee Bucks go for the 4-0 season series sweep on Thursday when they travel to take on the Philadelphia 76ers.

The Milwaukee Bucks looks like it won’t do worse than sixth in the Eastern Conference but they try to improve their stock when they face off against the Philadelphia 76ers on Thursday. Milwaukee is only a half game back from the Detroit Pistons for the fifth seed. If the Bucks leapfrog the Pistons, they will play the Indiana Pacers in the first round instead of the New York Knicks. Milwaukee will be the big favorite tonight even on the road against the Sixers. The Bucks have a -11.5-point line in their corner. It helps their cause that the 76ers are trying to avoid losing 10 in a row and getting swept in this season-series finale.

The Bucks ended a four-game losing streak in their last game on Tuesday beating the Phoenix Suns 133-123. Milwaukee overcame 39 points from Devin Booker and Giannis Antetokounmpo led the Bucks with 37 points. Milwaukee had a record night shooting hitting from 68.9 percent from the field to set a team record. The Bucks also shot an incredible 58.6 percent from three. It didn’t hurt their cause either that Kevin Durant and Bradley Beal were out of the lineup. The Bucks tied the season series with the Suns at a game apiece.

Philadelphia is coming off a 105-91 loss against the New York Knicks on Tuesday. The Sixers particularly struggled from the three-point line shooting just 19.4 percent. Quentin Grimes was a highlight scoring a team-high 26 points for the Sixers. It must have been a bittersweet game against Grimes’ former team. Kyle Lowry returned from a hip injury after two months but he was held scoreless. It was Philadelphia’s 52nd different lineup this season that has been defined by injuries.
