The Sacramento Kings will try to stay perfect on their current homestand when they host the Chicago Bulls on Thursday night in the second half of the back-to-back.
In interconference action in the NBA on Thursday night, the Sacramento Kings (35-33) are back at home at the Golden 1 Center where they’ll be hosting the Chicago Bulls (29-40). This will be the third game of a seven game homestand for the Kings. They’ve started the stretch perfect, with back-to-back wins over the Memphis Grizzlies on Monday night and then the Cleveland Cavaliers on Wednesday night, making this game against the Bulls the second half of a back-to-back.

In that game on Wednesday night, the Kings won 123-119. DeMar DeRozan led the way for Sacramento, scoring 27 points on 10-of-19 shooting. Defensively, the Kings forced the Cavaliers to turn the ball over 12 times.
The Kings’ roster features multiple former Bulls players. DeRozan was dealt to Sacramento last summer. Meanwhile, Zach LaVine was traded from the Bulls to the Kings as part of a three team deal at this year’s trade deadline. This will be LaVine’s first time facing the Bulls, who he’d played for since 2017.
As for the Bulls, this is the fourth game of a six game Western Conference road trip (they’re 1-2 so far). It’s also the second half of a back-to-back for them – they were in Phoenix on Wednesday night and lost that game 127-121).
