Coming off of a shootout win on Sunday night, the Detroit Pistons play the second half of a road-home back to back on Monday night when they host the Los Angeles Clippers.

The Detroit Pistons (31-26) have a quick turnaround on Monday. On Sunday evening the team wrapped up a four game road trip with fireworks. In the highest-scoring regular season game and second-highest scoring game overall in the NBA this year, the Pistons hung on to beat the Atlanta Hawks 148-143. With that win the Pistons swept the road trip and have won six games in a row in total. They’ll go for their seventh consecutive win just 24 hours and one flight later when they return home to Little Caesars Arena for a matchup with the Los Angeles Clippers (31-25).

In that win on Sunday the Pistons scored at least 33 points in every quarter. Cade Cunningham led the way for Detroit with a game high 38 points on 14-of-24 shooting including a 7-of-10 mark from deep. Cunningham also had 12 assists, seven rebounds and three blocks. Detroit also got 24 points off the bench from Malik Beasley.

This is also the second half of a back to back for the Clippers. It’ll be the fourth game of a eight game road trip, after the Clippers faced the Indiana Pacers on Sunday. They lost that one 129-111 and are now 1-2 to start this trip.
