The Washington Wizards can’t seem to even buy a win right now as they try and end a 12-game losing streak when they host the Los Angeles Clippers on Wednesday night. The Wizards also have a five-game home losing streak and have only won two games overall so far this season. It helps that the Wizards will be home tonight, but they will be playing with no rest after losing to the Chicago Bulls on Tuesday, 127-108, in NBA Cup – Group Play. Coby White led the Bulls with 21 points and Nikola Vucevic added 19 points and added 12 rebounds.

It was Chicago’s largest margin of victory of the year and the Bulls allowed their second lowest points total. Washington was eliminated from quarterfinal contention in the NBA Cup. A bright spot for the team continues to be Kyle Kuzma, who led the Wizards with 23 points. Expect him to be a big trade asset in Feb. 2025 around the deadline.

Boston dominated from behind the arc, hitting 22 three-pointers. It didn’t help LA’s cause either that Kristaps Porzingis returned to make his season debut and scored 16 points.

Ivica Zubac led the way for the Clippers with 23 points. This game against the Wizards should be the perfect remedy for LA to get back on its feet.
