One figure accruing interest for Golden State this summer is Jackson Rowe, who filled the state sheet in Tuesday’s 96-84 victory over Memphis, where he notched 14 points, six rebounds, two assists, two steals and two blocks.

Tasmanian recruit Taran Armstrong is another name Warriors fans have been looking forward to seeing in this year’s Summer League after some promising displays in the G League over recent months.

The 23-year-old point guard joined from NBL outfit Cairns in February and will view this as his opportunity to impress in Warriors colors after averaging 14 rebounds and assists in the G League:

Armstrong looks likely to come back into the line-up on Thursday after missing the win over Memphis, where rookie forward Will Richard was among the highlights.

His 12 points, two steals and two rebounds were that much sweeter considering he was drafted by the Grizzlies before being traded to Golden State, showing his brief ex-employer what he’s capable of.

Meanwhile, Toronto rookie Collin Murray-Boyles is one of those out to impress again for the Raptors after he racked up 10 points, three rebounds and three assists in a narrow win over Denver last time out.
