How to Watch Grizzlies at Clippers: Stream NBA Live, TV Channel

The LA Clippers go for the season-series sweep against the Memphis Grizzlies on Friday.

The Los Angeles Clippers are getting hot at the right time as they go for their eighth win in a row at home when they host the Memphis Grizzlies on Friday. LA will also go for the 3-0 season-series sweep in this finale against Memphis tonight. The Clippers are going for their fifth win in a row overall and hope to make it to 10 games over .500 with a win over the Grizzlies. LA has to keep the momentum rolling though because the Minnesota Timberwolves are breathing down the Clippers’ necks for the seventh seed. Memphis is a game back of Denver for the fifth seed. LA should have the slight advantage tonight but that is largely a factor of playing at home. This is going to be an incredibly tight game.

The Clippers are coming off one of their most impressive wins of the year beating the top-seed in the East Cleveland Cavaliers 132-119 on Tuesday. The game was very tight until LA pulled away late in the fourth to hand the Cavs back-to-back losses. Kawhi Leonard scored a game-high 34 points and the team shot at more than 50 percent for the game. Ivica Zubac had an incredible game scoring 28 points and adding 20 rebounds while James Harden added 22 points. The Clippers put a 20-3 run at the end of the third quarter to effectively put the game away. That was after the Clippers trailed by as much as 12 points.

Memphis is trying to avoid three losses in a row after coming off a surprising big loss against the Portland Trail Blazers on Wednesday, dropping 115-99. Memphis couldn’t overcome a game-high 31 points and 16 rebounds from Deni Avdija. The Grizzlies only shot 26.7 percent from three as well. Desmond Bane led Memphis with 20 points. Memphis did show some fight though. After the Grizzlies were trailing by 21 points in the third, Memphis cut it down to seven going into the fourth. They’ll need to get off to a much faster start if they’re going to pull off this road upset against the Clippers and avoid the season-series sweep.
