Jimmy Butler and the Miami Heat will take the court against Kevin Durant and the Phoenix Suns on Wednesday night.
The Miami Heat will head on the road on Wednesday night to take on the Phoenix Suns in an NBA regular season matchup at the Footprint Center in Phoenix, Arizona. The Suns come into this game with just one loss under their belt through seven games. Their only loss came in the second game of the season against the Los Angeles Lakers. They have since won five straight games, beating the Dallas Mavericks, Lakers, Los Angeles Clippers, Portland Trail Blazers, and Philadelphia 76ers.
Phoenix is led by the three-headed monster of Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, and Bradley Beal. Durant is leading the three at the moment, averaging 27.1 points, 6.6 rebounds, and 3.4 assists per game. Booker is also averaging over 20 points per game at 24.7 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 5.7 assists per game. Beal averages 17.2 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 4.2 assists per game.
The Heat are even at 3-3 through just six games this season. They played four in October, going 2-2, and have since won and lost a game in November. They were able to beat the Washington Wizards, 118-98, in Mexico City before losing by one point in their last game at home against the Sacramento Kings, 111-110.
In that last loss, Jimmy Butler and Tyler Herro propelled the team forward. Both ended with a team-high of 27 points, while Herro had six rebounds and three assists, and Butler had six assists to pair. Pelle Larsson came off the bench and had 13 points, shooting 4-for-6 from the floor and 3-for-5 from behind the arc.
