This preseason the Golden State Warriors have won all five of their games and can close out this run undefeated heading into the regular season. One of those wins came against their opponents today, the Los Angeles Lakers. In that game, Golden State won 111-97 with eight players in double-figures. Stephen Curry led the starters with 16 points, six assists and five rebounds on 3-11 shooting from three. Moses Moody led the bench with 21 points, continuing his strong play during the preseason. This season could be the one where Moody makes a jump as the fourth-year wing is averaging 15.8 points per game on 43.3% shooting from three.

Los Angeles had four players finish in double-figures led by Anthony Davis who finished with 24 points and 12 rebounds in 26 minutes. Rui Hachimura (15 points and nine rebounds), Austin Reaves (13 points) and rookie Dalton Knecht (19 points on 5-13 from three) also played well for Los Angeles in the loss.

Knecht has found his stroke during the preseason and especially so in over the last two games. The rookie wing has gone 13-26 from three over the last two games going 9-10 from the free-throw line. Overall this preseason Knecht has scored in double-figures in four of five games averaging 18.0 points per game off the bench.

While it is just preseason, Los Angeles is shooting 40.4 three-pointers per game, up nine per game, where the team finished 28th in the league. Head coach J.J. Redick has made some changes to the Los Angeles offense to try and get the team back in contention for an NBA Championship this season.
