The Miami Heat is looking out of sorts ahead of Tuesday’s visit to face the Golden State Warriors. Watch the game live and for free on Fubo today.

The Golden State Warriors saw their winning start to 2025 come crashing down against Sacramento on Sunday, but Steve Kerr’s side can get things back on track provided they can best the Miami Heat at home on Tuesday. The New Year had been good to Golden State following wins over the Philadelphia 76ers and the Memphis Grizzlies, and the team can once again start to build some momentum with another positive result at the Chase Center. The Warriors have a horrendous 1-6 record against teams in their division this term but can go about launching a break into the Western’s top six with the right run this month.

Miami hasn’t been able to conjure up the kind of consistent form witnessed in recent seasons past and may have a tall order in deflating a Warriors side with a spring in its step of late.

Erik Spoelstra’s men saw their home record deteriorate with defeats to the Indiana Pacers and Utah Jazz this past week, hoping a trip to the west coast will produce more fruit.

Miami won in its most recent visit to the Chase Center back in December 2023, though the Warriors just about edge the all-time head-to-head record between these teams (37 wins to Miami’s 34).

The Heat has found itself in a pickle since Jimmy Butler started 2025 by underlining his unhappiness on the team and his desire to be traded anywhere else:

After having very little involvement over the Christmas period, Butler was again absent for Sunday’s loss to the Jazz and isn’t widely expected to feature against the Warriors.

No exit has been completed as of yet as Butler remains a Miami player, but the general mood around the Miami camp seems anything but positive right now.

Regional restrictions may apply.
