Zach LaVine and the Sacramento Kings host Zion Williamson and the New Orleans Pelicans. Watch free on Fubo.
The Sacramento Kings (25-26) made one of the biggest moves before the trade deadline, moving De’Aaron Fox for Zach LaVine. Sacramento has lost both games with LaVine in the lineup as it gets used to the new look. They take on the New Orleans Pelicans (12-39), who also shook things up by trading Brandon Ingram to try and dig their way out of the bottom of the Western Conference. Both teams needed to do something with All-Star caliber players potentially leaving the team in the near future for nothing and seasons that were heading towards the NBA Draft Lottery and not the playoffs.

In his two games LaVine has scored just 35 points on 12-32 shooting from the field. That is a far cry from his efficient scoring with the Chicago Bulls where he averaged 24.0 points, 4.8 rebounds and 4.5 assists per game on 51-44-80 shooting splits.
Sacramento’s new look features the starting lineup with a lot of scoring, but without a traditional point guard and playmaker. The starting lineup of LaVine, Malik Monk, DeMar DeRozan, Keegan Murray and Domantas Sabonis has potential to be elite on the offensive end once they learn to play together.
For New Orleans, it has lost seven straight games including the first two games of a four game road trip. In those two losses New Orleans has lost by a combined 37 points allowing 134.5 points per game to the Denver Nuggets.
