Number one overall pick Zaccharie Risacher leads the Atlanta Hawks in NBA preseason action.
The Atlanta Hawks are riding high after the play of their rookie, first overall pick Zaccharie Risacher’s debut. The French wing went for 18 points, three rebounds and two assists in a win over the Indiana Pacers. Risacher came off the bench to shoot 7-9 from the field and 3-4 from three in 23 minutes. Adding Risacher to the mix gives All-Star Trae Young another wing alongside Jalen Johnson, De’Andre Hunter and newly acquired Dyson Daniels this season to get back into the playoffs. They take on the Philadelphia 76ers, who are without former league MVP Joel Embiid for the preseason, but are warming up the rest of the roster heading into a regular season with huge expectations.
