Durant could play today after going through “90% participation” in practice on Wednesday according to head coach Mike Budenholzer. In his 17th season in the NBA Durant is still one of the best overall scorers in the world averaging 25.8 points, 6.7 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 1.5 blocks per game on 53-45-80 shooting splits.

Phoenix will look to Devin Booker and Bradley Beal to shoulder the offensive load if Durant is not available for this game. Over the last three games, Booker has averaged 24.7 points per game, but is only shooting 35.1% from the field and 23.8% from three. In those same three games, Beal has averaged 19.0 points per game.

For Utah in that first game, John Collins led the way with 29 points and 10 rebounds. The bench showed up with rookie Kyle Fillipowski scoring his career-high 18 points while veteran Jordan Clarkson added 16 points and eight assists in the loss.
