They turned things around in the second half, outscoring Sacramento 69-60, led by Victor Wembanyama. The second-year big man finished with 34 points, 14 rebounds, 11 assists and three blocks, picking up his third triple-double of his young career.

Wembanyama is also coming off his Western Conference Defensive Player of the Month win where he averaged 9.7 rebounds, 3.7 blocks and 1.4 steals per game. San Antonio went 6-5 in his 11 games while allowing 112.1 points per game to opponents.
Also in San Antonio’s most recent win over Sacramento the team saw Chris Paul finish with a double-double (13 points and 10 assists), while Devin Vassell (21 points) and Keldon Johnson (17 points) came off the bench to add a scoring punch around Wembanyama’s triple-double.
Sacramento was again led by the quartet of DeMar DeRozan (28 points), Domantas Sabonis (25 points and 13 rebounds), De’Aaron Fox (23 points and nine assists) and Malik Monk (19 points), scoring 95 of the teams 125 total points in the loss.
