The Nuggets struggled in game 2, turning the ball over 21 times, but played better in game 3. While the team did still turn the ball over 16 times, Denver’s offensive performance made up for the missed points from turnovers. Denver shot 45.9 percent from the field in comparison to the Thunder’s 38.5 percent. From long range, the Nuggets went 40 percent which served them well against Oklahoma City’s 25.7 percent.

The Thunder will need another strong performance from Jalen Williams on Sunday to tie the series up again. Williams led the Thunder on Friday, finishing the game with 32 points, three rebounds and five assists. Chet Holmgren and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander each added 18 points to the scoreboard and they each earned double-doubles with 16 and 13 rebounds, respectively.

Tune in Sunday afternoon to see if the Nuggets will get the Jokic performance of game 1 with stats resembling a league MVP or game 2 in which he could have been benched for his performance.
