The Nuggets have a chance to carry a ton of momentum into the break. Denver has won six games in a row heading into Monday, giving the team the longest active winning streak in the NBA. After two close games on the road against the Philadelphia 76ers and Charlotte Hornets last weekend, the Nuggets have won each of the last four games by double digit scoring margins.

The Nuggets last played on Saturday on the road against the Phoenix Suns. Jamal Murray scored 30 points and Nikola Jokic was an assist shy of a triple double with 26 points and 11 rebounds in a 122-105 win.

Meanwhile, Portland is coming off of its first loss following its own six-game winning streak. The Trail Blazers won the final six games of a seven-game homestand last week. Going back on the road on Saturday though, they fell, 114-98, to the Minnesota Timberwolves.
