The Golden State Warriors will try to stay hot when they host the Portland Trail Blazers on Monday night.

It’s now been more than a month since the Golden State Warriors (36-28) have lost consecutive games. The Warriors have been rolling as of late – they are currently on a four-game winning streak and have won nine of their last 10 games and 11 of their last 13, going back to Feb. 8. They’ll try to keep those streaks going on Monday, when they host the Portland Trail Blazers (28-37) at the Chase Center in the second game of a seven-game homestand.

That homestand began on Saturday, when the Detroit Pistons visited the Warriors in San Francisco. The Pistons, like the Warriors, have been playing their best basketball as of late. However the Warriors were able to come out on top, winning 115-110 thanks to a 32-point fourth quarter. Guard Steph Curry scored 32 points in that game for Golden State.

The Pistons then continued their West Coast road trip in Portland and faced the Trail Blazers on Sunday. The Blazers lost that one – the first half of what will be a back-to-back – falling 119-112.

Monday’s game will be just the second matchup of the year between the Trail Blazers and Warriors. The first was all the way back in the season opener, which the Warriors won 140-104.
