Then, Georgia Tech continued the momentum into a convincing win over Georgia State to begin the season 2-0. Syracuse, on the other hand, opened the Fran Brown era with a double-digit win over Ohio in the JMA Wireless Dome last weekend. This will be the fifth meeting between these two teams, with Georgia Tech capturing a 31-22 victory last November.
