Montana State will head on the road in Week 8 of the college football season to take on Portland State at Hillsboro Stadium in Portland, Oregon, on Saturday afternoon. The Bobcats are undefeated this season heading into this week with a 7-0 record throughout the first seven weeks having yet to have their bye week. They are tied with UC Davis at the top of the Big Sky Conference with a 3-0 record against teams in the conference. In their last five games, they have put up no less than 37 points and as high as 55 points on any given week. They took down Idaho at home 38-7 last week and Northern Colorado 55-17 the week before that. The run game for this team has been operating at an excellent level. The sophomore back from Washington, Scottre Humphrey, has 798 yards on 111 carries and eight touchdowns averaging 7.2 yards per carry. He is joined by Adam Jones who has 444 yards on 72 carries and five touchdowns. Three other players have over 100 yards rushing this season.
