The NCAA Division II football tournament features a 32-team bracket in 2025, expanding from 28 as part of a new format that also introduces automatic bids for conference champions. The field is divided into four regional pods, with teams advancing through the first round, second round, quarterfinals, and semifinals before reaching the national championship game on December 20 at McKinney ISD Stadium in McKinney, Texas. Through the first two rounds, we have all four No. 1 seeds still alive as Albany State, Harding, Kutztown, and Ferris State look for a championship.
