Boise State looks to stay unbeaten in the Mountain West on Saturday night when it hosts Nevada

The Boise State Broncos take on the Nevada Wolf Pack on Saturday night looking to win seventh straight game. The Broncos lost their second game of the year to no top-ranked Oregon, but have been perfect since. They have rolled through their last six games to move to 7-1 on the season and 4-0 in the Mountain West. They have been led by Heisman hopeful Ashton Jeanty who continues to be great on the ground. Jeanty has been the best running back this season as he has rushed for 1,525 yards and 20 touchdowns. He is averaging 8.0 yards per carry as the Broncos continue to lean on him. Jeanty has been nearly unstoppable this season and is looking to keep it going on Saturday night against Nevada.

The Wolf Pack, though, will look to limit what Jeanty and the Broncos can do on offense as they try and pick up a huge upset win on Saturday night.

The Wolf Pack come into Saturday night on a three-game losing streak and just 3-7 on the season.

Last week they host Colorado State and couldn’t overcome a slow start in the loss to the Rams. They gave up the first 28 points of the game before finally scoring with 7:53 left in the third quarter. They would score 21 of the next 28 points, but it wasn’t nearly enough.

The Wolf Pack have been led by quarterback Brendon Lewis as he has thrown for 1,542 yards and 11 touchdowns. His top two targets have been Cortez Braham Jr. and Marcus Bellon who have 43 and 45 receptions respectively.
