Rutgers enters this contest with some momentum and a 3-0 record to start the season. This will be a different test for the Scarlet Knights given it’s their first Big Ten contest of the season. Regardless, it’s been a fantastic start for Rutgers who will look to win yet another game in front of the home crowd tonight. 

The Huskies are 3-1 in their first season as part of the Big Ten and even won their first conference game last week. This is a fairly even contest between these two teams, so don’t be surprised if it’s a tight game that goes down to the wire. 

The Scarlet Knights pulled off an impressive victory last week against the Virginia Tech Hokies, coming out on top by a final score of 26-23. It’s close contests like that in which teams gain valuable experience that can make the difference longer term throughout a season. 

Rutgers will hit the road to take on the Nebraska Cornhuskers next weekend for their next contest. Meanwhile, Washington will have its toughest game of the season yet next week as the Huskies will host the Michigan Wolverines. This will be a rematch of last season’s College Football Playoff matchup in which Michigan came out on top to win the championship.
