With the two Ivy League rivals meeting for the 140th time in the storied history of these two programs, Harvard hosts rival Yale at Harvard Stadium in Cambridge on Saturday. Harvard is looking to finish off the season by extending its seven-game winning streak in their season finale this weekend. The Crimson are 8-1 overall with a 5-1 conference record and a 5-0 mark at home. Harvard has already clinched the Ivy League title. Yale, on the other hand, comes into the game’s final season riding a two-game winning streak of its own. The Bulldogs are 6-3 overall with a 3-3 record in Ivy League play and a 2-2 road record. Yale has won the last two meetings in the rivalry, including a 23-18 win last week.

Most recently, Harvard won again to earn their eighth win of the season with a 31-28 victory over Penn in Philadelphia last week. Harvard overcame a 14-point deficit in the second half, kicking a game-winning field goal as time expired from 21 yards out. Harvard quarterback Charles DePrima threw for 169 yards and a touchdown in the win. 

As for Yale, the Bulldogs cruised to a 42-28 victory over Princeton last week in New Haven. Bulldogs running back Josh Pitsenberger led the way on the ground, rushing for 159 yards to go along with three total touchdowns. The Yale defense also scored on a strip sack fumble to take a 21-14 lead in the second quarter. 

Harvard looks to end its season on a lengthy winning streak against Yale on Saturday.
