Kafka was the Giants’ offensive coordinator and interim head coach last season and is now on the Detroit Lions’ offensive staff. Speaking of the Giants, the biggest standout from last year’s game was then-Ole Miss QB Jaxson Dart, who had a notable rookie season in New York.
