The Arizona State Sun Devils will hit the road on Wednesday to take on the No. 11 Kansas Jayhawks at Allen Fieldhouse in Big 12 basketball play. The Sun Devils bring an overall record of 10-3 into Wednesday night’s game and a conference record of 1-1, good for an eight-way tie for second place in the Big 12 standings. The team earned its first conference win on Saturday against Colorado in an 81-61 victory at home. Four Sun Devils finished in double figures against the Buffaloes, led by BJ Freeman who scored 19 points. Jayden Quaintance led the team on the boards with 10 rebounds and added 11 points to the scoreboard to earn a double-double in the win. The team shot an impressive 51 percent from the field and 46 percent from beyond the arc, but could use some work at the line, as the Sun Devils went 12-for-19 from the free throw line.
