Louisville (4-1) and West Virginia (4-1) stunned ranked opponents in the first round of the Battle 4 Atlantis on Wednesday to set up an unexpected semifinal in the tournament at the Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island in the Bahamas. The Cardinals are off to a strong start under first-year coach Pat Kelsey, who came over from Charleston in March. The Mountaineers are also under new leadership this year after hiring coach Darian DeVries from Drake last spring to replace interim coach Josh Eilert.
