Patriot League play continues on Monday night with a game between Bucknell and Colgate in men’s college basketball action.

On Monday night, the Bucknell Bison will travel to New York for a Patriot League matchup against the Colgate Raiders at Cotterell Court. The Bison come into Monday night’s game with an overall record of 8-11 and a conference record of 4-2 which puts them in fourth place in the Patriot League standings. The Raiders are atop the Patriot League standings with an overall record of 8-11 and a conference record of 5-1. The team has won the last four games with the latest being a big 90-67 win over Lafayette on the road. In the win, Colgate went into halftime with a 21 point lead and never looked back. Nicolas Louis-Jacques led all scorers with 21 points and Jeff Woodward added an additional 17 points. Jalen Cox grabbed a game-high nine rebounds and narrowly missed a double-double by adding 11 points to the scoreboard. On the season, the Raiders are led by Woodward who has a scoring average of 13.0 points per game. 

The last meeting between Colgate and Bucknell took place on January 5th and the game went in Bucknell’s favor with a 66-60 win, handing Colgate its only loss in conference play. Since 2006, Bucknell leads the series 25-16.
