Mountain West play will continue on Tuesday night with a game between Colorado State and San Diego State in men’s college basketball action.

The Colorado State Rams will travel to sunny California on Tuesday for a Mountain West contest against the San Diego State Aztecs at Viejas Arena. The Rams bring a three-game win streak into Tuesday night’s road game with an overall record of 10-6 and a conference record of 4-1 for a spot in second place in the Mountain West standings. On Saturday night, the team hosted last place Fresno State, winning handily in a 91-64 victory in front of 3,000 fans. Jaylen Crocker-Johnson paced five Rams to double digit finishes with a 20-point performance. Keshawn Williams chipped in 18 points in the win while Nique Clifford pulled down a team-high nine rebounds, narrowly missing a double-double by adding nine points to the scoreboard.

Colorado State and San Diego State have met 96 times in their history and the Aztecs currently lead the series 52-44. The teams met twice last season and split the games with Colorado State winning the first in a 79-71 victory at home before losing on the road in a 71-44 defeat.
