No. 11 UConn goes on the road to take on DePaul and stay undefeated in Big East play with a 2-0 conference record and 10-3 overall. Benson also added an amazing 17 rebounds to secure the double-double. DePaul’s defense might have been even more impressive, suffocating Loyola (Md.) at the beginning of the game, limiting its opponent to missing its first five shots and forcing eight turnovers. DePaul opened up the second half with a 12-1 run and got up as much as 29 and never looked back. UConn will be favored this afternoon, but DePaul should put up a great fight to make this a close conference battle.

UConn will be such a tough opponent because it is going for its seventh win in a row and it has yet to lose in a true road game. The Huskies are coming off a very impressive win against Butler in Indiana, winning on Saturday 78-74. Alex Karaban led the game with 21 points and hit two clutch three-pointers to help seal the win for the Huskies. UConn had a double-digit lead in the first half, but the Bulldogs kept fighting back. However, it wasn’t enough because the Huskies never trailed in the game and nearly led for 40 minutes.
