They lost to Norfolk at the beginning of the month by just three points on the road. They are two games over MD Eastern, the winless and last-placed team in the conference. They are one game behind their opponent and four games behind the conference-leading Norfolk State.

After starting the month with a loss to Delaware State by 23 points, they bounced back two weeks ago and beat MD Eastern by five points. Toby Nnadozie led the team with 17 points on a game-high performance. They haven’t taken the court in 12 days, with that being their last game. Nnadozie leads the team in scoring this season at 12.1 points per game through 22 games.
