Princeton has opened Ivy League play with wins over Harvard, Dartmouth, and Columbia by a total of nine points over its first three conference games. Cornell, on the other hand, dropped its most recent contest to fall to 10-6 overall with a 2-1 conference record and a 6-2 road record this season. These two longtime rivals will meet for the 240th time in series history, with Princeton narrowly winning last season’s matchup by a final score of 79-77.

Most recently, Princeton extended its winning streak to seven games with a 71-67 victory over Columbia on Monday night. The Tigers rallied from a 20-point deficit to earn the win, with Xaivian Lee hitting the game-winner with 10 seconds remaining and the Tigers down 67-66. Lee finished the game with 19 points while Caden Pierce had a team-high 21 points in the win. 

As for Cornell, the Big Red saw their three-game winning streak snapped by Brown in a 83-82 loss last Monday night. Brown sank the game-winning free throw with 10 seconds remaining to lift the visitors to a win. AK Okereke led the way for Cornell with 18 points while Nazir Williams had 17 points in the loss.
