John Camden and Delaware will take the court in a CAA rivalry against Cruz Davis and Hofstra on Thursday night.
Both losses were suffered by under 10 points. In the middle of the losses, they took down Monmouth at home and NC A&T on the road. They also bring a two-game winning streak into this game after beating Stonybrook by 10 points and Elon by two points in the last week. John Camden, a senior forward, leads Delaware in scoring and rebounding, averaging 17.8 points and 5.4 rebounds per game.
On the other side, the Hofstra Pride are 10-9 overall this season. They ended their non-conference schedule with an 8-5 record and have since gone 2-4 against teams in the conference. They are tied with Northeastern and two games up on winless Stonybrook and NC A&T. They beat Northeastern in their second game of the conference season by 18 points on the back of a 22-point performance from Cruz Davis.
They lost to William and Mary before the win and Charleston after the win. Their second win came after Charleston against UNC Wilmington. They won at home by three points, with Jean Aranguren leading the way with 20 points. They bring a two-game losing streak into this week after losing both games last week against Towson by five points and Drexel by five points, both on the road.
