Keyshawn Hall nearly won the game all by himself going off leading the Knights with 40 points. Hall became only the third player in UCF history to score 40 or more in a game. It was the most points scored by a Big 12 player this season. Hall is also only the 11th player ever to score that many points against ASU since its inception in 1911. It was the Knights’ third conference victory but they’ll need another monster night from Hall to pull off this upset even though UCF is back home.

That is because Houston is 5-0 in conference play and has a 13-3 overall record. The Cougars are trying to win their 10th win in a row. They don’t have a loss on the road or at home. All of their losses have come on neutral sites. Houston is coming off a comfortable victory against No. 25 West Virginia on Wednesday, 70-54. J’Wan Roberts led the way against the Mountaineers scoring a season-high 22 points L.J. Cryer was right behind him with 18 points. Even on the road today, the Cougars should be favored to keep this winning streak alive.
