The Vandals come into the seminfinals on Tuesday fresh off an 80-70 win over Portland State in the tournament quarterfinals on Monday.

The Vandals, though, had not been playing well coming into the tournament, as they had lost six of nine and they finished the regular season just 13-18 overall and 8-10 in the Big Sky.

The win over Portland State on Monday helped them avenge two regular season losses and they are hoping they can do the same thing to the Grizzlies on Tuesday night.

Kristian Gonzalez and Kolton Mitchell have been the team’s top scorers this season at 11.5 and 11.1 points per game respectively.
