The UCLA Bruins welcome the Iowa Hawkeyes to town on Friday night for a Big Ten matchup. The Bruins come into Friday in desperate need of a win as they have dropped four straight games. They were playing well before their losing streak as they were 11-2 and had wins over No. 12 Oregon, Arizona and No. 14 Gonzaga. They have struggled since as Big Ten play has ramped up and they now sit just 2-4 in the conference standings. Three of the games have been on the road, but in the home game they lost to No. 24 Michigan 94-75. That was their worst defensive performance of the season as they haven’t been able to recover from it. Friday they will look to finally get back in the win column and will need a good game from leading scorer Tyler Bilodeau to do that. Bilodeau is averaging 14.4 points per game to lead the team. Eric Dailey Jr. and Sebastian Mack are also averaging double figures at 11.6 and 10.1 points per game respectively.
