Otega Oweh and No. 4 Kentucky will take the court against Chase Hunter and Clemson in the SEC/ACC Challenge.

The No. 4 ranked team in the nation, Kentucky, will travel to Clemson, South Carolina, in the SEC/ACC Men’s Challenge presented by Continental Tire on Tuesday night. In South Carolina, they will take on Clemson at Littlejohn Coliseum. Mark Pope and his Wildcats are undefeated this season and have several top wins already. They opened the season as the No. 23-ranked team, beating Wright State before taking down Bucknell. They went to the State Farm Champions Classic and took down No. 6-ranked Duke in their first major win.

They would host the BBN Invitational after that win and took down all three of their opponents, beating Lipscomb, Jackson State, and Western Kentucky. They followed that tournament up with a win at Rupp Arena against Georgia State by almost 30 points. Otega Oweh is leading the team in scoring this season with 15.9 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 1.6 steals per game. He is followed by Koby Brea, averaging 14.1 points per game.

The ACC side of this challenge, the Tigers, are 7-1 overall this season. They opened the year up at Littlejohn Arena beating Charleston Souther by 27 points. They went on to beat St. Francis PA, and Eastern Kentucky before heading on the road for the first team and losing their only game to Boise State by 13 points.

They went to the Sunshine Slam after that, beating San Francisco in the first game by 15 points, followed by an eight-point win over Penn State in the championship game. They ended the month with a win over Florida A&M by 28 points. Chase Hunter leads the team in scoring this year, averaging 16.4 points and 3.0 rebounds per game. Ian Schieffelin averages 12.5 points and 11.6 rebounds per game.
