Chucky Hepburn and Louisville will take the court in an ACC matchup against J.J. Starling and Syracuse on Tuesday at the JMA Wireless Dome.

Louisville will travel to north to Syracuse, New York, on Tuesday night for a men’s college basketball showdown in the Atlantic Coast Conference. In New York, they will match up with Syracuse at the JMA Wireless Dome. The Louisville Cardinals are off to a dominant start in conference play and continue a healthy season overall. They are 12-5 overall and 5-1 against teams in the ACC, tied with Clemson as the No. 2 team in the ACC. They sit just behind the conference-leading No. 3 Duke by one game.

Their only loss to an ACC team came against Duke by 11 points early in December. Since the start of January, they have won four straight games. It started at home with a 13-point win over North Carolina and then snowballed into a 20-point win over Virginia, a 10-point win over Clemson, and most recently, a four-point win over Pitt. Chucky Hepburn continues to lead Louisville averaging 15.1 points and 5.6 assists per game.

The Syracuse Orange are 8-8 overall this season heading into this week. They are 2-3 against teams in the ACC to date as well. Since the start of the new year, Syracuse has gone 2-1 starting with a 16-point loss to Florida State on the road after losing to Wake Forest at home to close out the former year.

After the two losses, they bounced back with a big win at home over Georgia Tech by seven points, led by a 21-point performance from J.J. Starling. They made it two wins in a row over the weekend with an eight-point win over Boston College, again led by a 26-point game-high from Starling. This season, he is averaging 19.8 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 2.8 assists per game.
