Xavier looks to bounce back from a loss when it takes on Morgan State on Tuesday night in college basketball.
The Xavier Musketeers host the Morgan State Bears on Tuesday night in a non-conference battle. The Musketeers come into Tuesday 7-2 on the season and fresh off a close 76-72 loss to TCU on the road. The loss to the Horned Frogs was their second in the last three games after they started the season with six straight wins. This will be the last non-conference game for the Musketeers as they begin their Big East schedule on Saturday against Cincinnati on the road.
They will then stay on the road to take on UConn before heading home to take on Marquette. It is a rough start to the conference schedule for the Musketeers, but they first want to get a win against the Bears on Tuesday night. They will lean heavily on Ryan Conwell and Zach Freemantle to help get that win. The two of them are leading the team in scoring at 16.6 and 15.7 points per game, respectively.

The Bears come into Tuesday looking to bounce back from a 102-81 loss to Bowling Green on Saturday.
The loss snapped a two-game winning streak for the Bears and dropped them to 5-7 on the season. The Bears have struggled as only one of their wins have come against a division one team.
They have lost five straight against division one opponents, but three of those losses have come by single digits.
