North Carolina A&T will travel to Boston, Massachusetts, in the latter portion of this week for a Coastal Athletic Association battle in men’s college basketball. On Thursday, it will face off against Northeastern at Matthews Arena. The Northeastern Huskies are 15-13 overall this season, heading into this week with two games on the agenda. They are 7-8 against teams in the CAA, tied with Hampton, and a half-game behind Elon. They are a half-game above Drexel, and 6.5 games separate them from the top of the conference.

The North Carolina A&T Aggies are 7-22 heading into this week, with this being the only game this week for this team. They are 3-13 against teams in the Coastal Athletic Association, just a half-game up on the conference’s worst team, Stony Brook. They are two games behind Delaware and 4.5 games behind their opponent.

After a loss to Charleston two weeks ago, they bounced back with two straight wins over the last seven days. They beat Campbell at home seven days ago by three points following it up with a one-point win over Stony Brook over last weekend. Ryan Forrest leads the team in scoring this season, averaging 19.1 points and 3.7 rebounds per game.
