Quinnipiac and Saint Louis will meet Monday night in the 314 Classic for a non-conference matchup.

Quinnipiac will travel to Missouri on Monday night for its first-ever game against Saint Louis in the 314 Classic. Quinnipiac is 3-3 on the year with the latest game being an 80-70 loss to UMass Lowell on Saturday afternoon. In the loss, Paul Otieno earned a double-double with 18 points and 11 rebounds. Khaden Bennett came off the bench to lead the Bobcats in scoring with 19 points and added eight rebounds to the stat sheet, as well.

As the team gets into the thick of the season, it will need to improve upon its shooting percentage. Against UMass Lowell, the Bobcats only shot 34 percent from the field and 26 percent from long range. On the season, Amarri Monroe is leading the team with 15.0 points per game while Otieno is leading the team with eight-and-a-half rebounds per game.

The Billikens come into the game with a record of 2-2 this season and their last time on the court resulted in an 88-63 victory over Wichita State. Kalu Anya and Kellen Thames each scored 15 points to lead the team offensively and Anya narrowly missed a double-double by leading the team on the boards with nine rebounds.

On the season, Gibson Jimerson leads St. Louis with 18.8 points per game and Anya leads the team with 10.2 rebounds per game. Anya also leads the team in steals with 1.8 steals per game and 0.8 blocks per game. 

As part of the multi-team event the Billikens will take on UMass Lowell on Wednesday.
