Gonzaga goes for its fourth win in a row when it hosts San Diego on Wednesday night in college basketball.

Gonzaga will have a great shot at its fourth straight win and an undefeated 6-0 record at home on Wednesday against San Diego. They’ve only struggled on neutral sites this season and hold a 12-4 overall record compared to San Diego, who has the opposite overall record and is trying to avoid a three-game losing streak tonight. The Toreros have yet to win a game on the road this season with a 0-4 record away from home. No. 18 Gonzaga’s last loss came against No. 22 UCLA and it is coming off a dominant 96-68 win over Loyola Marymount on the road last Saturday.

Graham Ike led the Bulldogs with 27 points and Khalif Battle wasn’t far behind with 26. The victory was Gonzaga’s 11th straight true road win. Gonzaga led by double digits in the first half and led by as much as 30 in the second. It should be noted that Ryan Nembhard had 11 assists to reach 153, which leads the nation and he only has 38 turnovers. This team is playing a complete brand of basketball and should be the considerable favorite at home tonight.

San Diego is coming off a lopsided loss against Oregon State on Saturday by a 81-54 final. The Toreros were down 15 in the first half but they did show life, going on a 10-0 run to only trail by five at halftime. But San Diego was outscored by the Beavers by 22 in the second half. Tony Duckett led the team with 12 points. Oregon State shot 50 percent from three and 60.9 percent from the field in the second half. That was compared 20.6 percent from the field for the Toreros and only 7.7 percent from behind the arc. Obviously, those numbers have to pick up quickly to have any shot of pulling off this upset.
