Mississippi State shot 51 percent from the field, and were able to hold on to the win despite shooting 27 percent from three, and Kowacie Reeves Jr. scoring 23 for Georgia Tech. The Bulldogs were leading by six in the middle of the second half, and Hubbard scored their next nine points to take over the game. Jayden Epps, Jamarion Davis-Fleming and Brandon Walker all also scored in double figures.

San Francisco is coming off a tough 65-63 loss at the hands of North Alabama on Wednesday, to continue this losing streak. Mookie Cook scored 12 points, while adding seven rebounds and five blocks. Legend Smiley was the other player in double figures with 11 points. San Francisco went on a 6-0 run at the end of the game to tie the game at 63, but North Alabama got the final basket of the game as it was able to stop San Francisco on the last possession of the game. The Dons will need to dig deep to produce more offense, if they are going to pull off this road upset.
