Boise State goes for its fourth straight win on Friday ngiht when it hosts San Jose State
The Boise State Broncos welcome the San Jose State Spartans to town on Friday night in a Mountain West battle. The Broncos come into Firday on a three-game winning streak and it has pushed their record to 16-7 overall and 8-4 in the Mountain West. They had been struggling as they had dropped three of four, but they have bounced back with wins over Nevada, Fresno State and UNLV. They now sit in fifth place in the conference standings, a game back of both San Diego State and Colorado State. Tyson Degenhart has led the way for the Broncos this season, scoring a team-high 17.7 points per game and grabbing a team-best 6.0 rebounds per game. Andrew Meadow (12.1 points per game), Alvaro Cardenas (11.9 ppg) and Javan Buchanan (11.0 ppg) are also averaging double figures this season for the Broncos.

The Spartans will look to slow down the Broncos offense as they try and win a third straight game on Friday night.
The Spartans are also trying to avenge an earlier loss to the Broncos as they lost at home to them 73-71 back on December 28th.
That loss was the first of four in a row for the Spartans, but they have bounced back and are now playing some of their best basketball of the season.
They have been led by Josh Uduje who is scoring 16.8 points per game, while Will McClendon and Latrell Davis are both scoring in double figures at 12.2 and 11.0 rebounds per game respectively.
