Their only conference loss came against Grand Canyon at the beginning of February. Since then, Utah Valley has won three straight games beating UT Arlington, Tarleton State, and most recently Southern Utah over last weekend. In the 70-68 road win, Carter Welling led the team with 17 points on 5-of-11 shooting, tied with Tanner Toolson, who also had 17 points.

The Seattle University RedHawks are 10-15 overall this season, but their conference schedule is much better than their non-conference schedule. They finished 5-9 against teams outside the conference and have since gon 5-6 against teams in the WAC. They are a half-game behind Tarleton State in front of them and five games behind their opponent.

After winning two games to start the month of February, they have since dropped their last two games, which were separated by only two days. They lost on the road to Abilene Christian by 16 points, followed by Tarleton State by three points over the weekend. John Cristofilis is averaging 11.2 points per game this season and has appeared in all 25 games for Seattle U.
